THE POSITION: You’ll be working with internal and external clients, data providers and other 3rd parties to enhance and execute team priorities by leveraging data and analytics, predictive analytics, machine learning and advanced statistical techniques. Our goals are to enhance existing patient services business operations with data and analytics, to generate new lines of business through custom data deliverables, consulting practices and new product development. This will include hands on work to deliver business requirements and technical specifications our data science team can deliver with. This position will also have broad responsibilities that will include project coordination/management, presentations to executive staff, coordinating and leading demos and client interactions. You will play a key role on a small and nimble team – responsibilities will be broad and varied. This role will support clients and business partners via operational excellence, strategic thought, effective decision making and organized project prioritization and delivery. The role provides a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions. Focus on optimizing existing and generating new value streams in partnership with Patient Services and D&A Business Leaders. Advanced Reporting Modules. Patient Hub/ CRM Data Enablement. Patient Personas, Clusters. Improved client outcomes including but not limited to:Prior Authorization analysis and prediction. Adherence analysis. Smart Enrollments. Integration of SP Data, Hub Churn Data, Open/ Closed Claims Data, EHR/ EMR, Formulary, Payer/ Plan, RWD/ RWE and more. Willingness and ability to work independently and across a broad variety of roles within the team. Ability to quickly learn new business domains. Ability to work on multiple projects and clients simultaneously. Ability to communicate persuasively and resolve issues effectively. Ability to identify requirement gaps or identify potential development challenges. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:Contribute to a portfolio of clients and projects, providing strategic input and expertise in driving data services strategy and execution. Help pursue new business and maintain the health of existing accounts. Assist with regular development and review of pitches and proposals. Act as Data and Analytics Lead in Patient Services pitches, proposals, marketing. Accountable for creating scalable best practices and product offerings across Copay, Reporting, Analytic and Insights solutions for EVERSANA’s Patient Services clients on performance and value on established SLAs and KPIs. Responsible for leading a team of Analysts (both onsite and offshore) to generate these actionable artifacts & solutions. Will also be responsible for data deep-dives to RCA identify and help resolve access, affordability, and adherence challenges across patient access journey. They will support clients and business partners via operational excellence, strategic thought, effective decision making and organized project prioritization and delivery. They will provide a clear, strategic vision and a plan for bringing actionable, innovative analytic solutions. Employee will be a thought partner and consult in a matrix-environment with Patient Services leaders across Client Services, Operations, Product, Innovation, Data and IT to drive timely, accurate and comprehensive resolution and outcomes. Contribute to developing scalable best practices and product offerings for Patient Services Analytics Team and other cross functional departments. Drive understanding of how Data and Analytics fit into broader programs and pursue a commitment to improving ROI for our clients by working closely with Patient Services team members to ensure that Data and Analytics accomplish our goals and support our partners, clients and patients. Develop and deliver effective and persuasive presentations demonstrating the value of our Data and Analytics offerings for client teams, business development, and internal partners. Define and uncover core insights and offerings from data and services that help achieve P&L goals. Collaborating with product owners to ensure solutions meet business needs. Collaborating with technical resources to identify and document technical requirements and constraints. Writing acceptance criteria and collaborating with QA team to ensure test plans address all requirements. Creating user experience deliverables including wireframes and navigation flows. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required. Experience and/or Training:Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/ Statistics or equivalent 11 years of experience in data and analytics with direct experience working with Patient Hub/ CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, Market Access data. Knowledge of cloud based storage, Tableau, Power. BI and other data visualization software. Knowledge of copay assistance programs including coupons, PAP, bridge programs, copay accumulators/maximizers and other leading industry initiatives. You are able to identify and solve issues and escalate when appropriate. You resolve conflicts constructively. You proactively identify and communicate growth goals. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of customers, end users and colleagues. Strong collaborator and relationship builder. Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and manage multiple priorities. Teamwork and scrappiness required. Familiarity with Matrix organizations and ability to operate with start-up excitement. Understanding of AI/ Machine Learning models. Hands-on patient services data analytics expertise: 11 years of prior experience working with internal and external clients, data providers and other 3rd parties to enhance and execute team priorities by leveraging data and analytics. Should be able to define, create and increase the consumption of Patient Services reporting artifacts incl. but not limited to portfolio-level power stats as well as help RCA operational issues with articulation of accurate and comprehensive set of KPIs Client-facing: Should be able to present and drive meaningful progress with compelling insights-driven storytelling to clients esp. on project coordination/management updates, leading product demos of reporting & analytics solutions Should be outcomes-driven: Proven expertise in translating business objectives into analytical questions and then working closely in co-ordination with various teams such as internal IT, Analytics & Data as well as client teams and 3rd party vendors across Data, IT and Business to generate analytics solutions. Licenses/ Certificates:Tableau Desktop certified associate or Power BI certification. AWS, GCP or Azure certifications. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Technology/ Equipment:Proficiency at SQL, Tableau, Power. BI, Snowflake knowledge.
