As a Acct Exec, Non QM Centrl Sls at Pennymac, you will be a key driver of our Non QM Third-Party Originator (TPO) business , working from our centralized call center[cite: 33, 35]. Your primary focus will be on actively prospecting and generating new business by reaching out to potential TPO partners on Non. QM products[cite: 36]. You will also manage and nurture relationships with existing clients[cite: 37]. This role combines proactive sales with expert support, as you will assist partners with pricing scenarios, portal training, loan scenarios and program education[cite: 38]. You will drive new loan submissions to achieve sales targets[cite: 39]. The Acct Exec, Non QM Centrl Sls will: Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities by reaching out to TPO partners[cite: 42]. Present and sell the company's mortgage products and services to new and existing partners and educate them on the value of the platform[cite: 42]. Answer client questions on loan processes, guidelines, and technology[cite: 42]. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for partner engagement, lock, submission and and funded loan volume[cite: 42]. Meet or exceed call and talk time performance metrics[cite: 42]. What You’ll Bring Minimum on year of mortgage sales experience either as a Loan Officer or Wholesale Account Executive[cite: 44]. Strong verbal and written communication skills[cite: 45]. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a desire to learn[cite: 46]. Ability to learn and retain new information quickly[cite: 47]. Excellent customer service skills[cite: 48]. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment[cite: 49]. Basic computer proficiency, and ability to learn and work in various technology applications, i.e., Salesforce, client portal, telephony systems, etc[cite: 50]. Basic working knowledge of mortgage loan structuring and loan processes[cite: 51].
