Serving as the first line of escalation for high-level customer concerns or technical transaction errors, ensuring a premium brand experience even during conflict. Leading the execution of visual merchandising standards and floor sets, while managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stockroom organization. Assisting management in delegating daily tasks, opening/closing the facility, and onboarding new hires to ensure they are fully integrated into the store’s culture and processes. Planning and supervising the logistics for in-store events, flash sales, or product launches to maximize brand exposure and short-term revenue spikes. Time Limited position with benefits.
