Advise fraternity and sorority chapters, governing councils, and student leaders with an emphasis on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and values-based decision-making. Support chapter operations and community growth by providing guidance related to recruitment, new member education, membership development, risk management, and advisor engagement. Design and facilitate training initiatives for chapters and councils focused on leadership skills, community standards, wellness, safety, and professionalism. Collaborate with campus partners, alumni advisors, and inter/national headquarters staff to promote a cohesive and supportive fraternity and sorority experience. Lead efforts to enhance the visibility and engagement of Fraternity and Sorority Life through coordinated events, communication strategies, marketing initiatives, and recognition programs. Administer Fraternity and Sorority Life processes related to chapter recognition, events, membership procedures, and use of Eagle Engage to support engagement and operational effectiveness within the community. Promote accountability and community standards by guiding chapters and councils in understanding and adhering to university expectations and governing body policies. Collect, review, and analyze membership, participation, and academic data to inform program improvements, strategic direction, and community development efforts. Serve as an active member of the Student Engagement staff and contribute to divisional initiatives, committees, and signature programs supporting fraternities and sororities. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned in support of Fraternity and Sorority Life and institutional goals.
