Be a brand steward. Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials in an efficient and economical manner. Create concepts that show a thorough understanding of the strategy and are extendable into campaigns. Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our client’s brand identity and implement it into all creative jobs. Work independently and collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met. Work with account supervisor and/or account executive to obtain project specifics: strategy, budget and schedule. Team up with peers to overcome obstacles and create client success. Offer client and team members innovative advice and solutions from industry examples and experience. Help organize, maintain, and oversee creative standards and guidelines. Offer insight on creative briefs and schedules. Work within tight deadlines. Mentor and onboard other writers as needed. Prioritize workload and manage time effectively – personally and for the team as needed. What You’ll Need 5-7 years of experience as an Art Director. Interest and a strong understanding of TV, video, print, OOH, social media, and earned media. Experience presenting to and working with clients and internal partners. Demonstrated understanding of clients’ business needs, and the ability to concept and design compelling solutions that align with overall creative strategy. Proven ability to listen, digest and resolve client feedback with a creative solution and a positive, can-do attitude. Capable of working on multiple projects, small or large, with various project leads. Strong creative and conceptual vision, with the ability to approach every assignment with a fresh perspective. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
