This role supports daily operations by preparing and loading delivery vehicles, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean warehouse. What You'll Do. Prepare product for loading by organizing materials on the warehouse floor. Load delivery vehicles accurately for next-day routes. Unload inbound shipments and verify product counts. Consolidate pallets and organize inventory. Inspect and repackage damaged products as needed. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and yard. Remove cardboard and trash to keep a safe workspace. Assist with inventory counts before and after loading. Support team with building pallets and preparing orders. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For. Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Basic math skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented mindset. Ability to follow safety procedures. Physical Requirements. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting. Repetitive use of hands, arms, and back.
