At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone. IT Assistant Manager LG Electronics U.S. A., Inc. in Clarksville, TN seeks IT Assistant Manager. Responsible for supporting IT Manager in overseeing the organization’s technology operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient management of IT resources. Responsible for managing the IT Infrastructure. Maintain network devices, server devices, and maintain IT security devices. Oversee daily IT operations, including managing networks, servers, storage, and end-user devices. Ensure efficient issue resolution and adherence to service level agreements. Provide second-line support for business applications, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and manage helpdesk operations to ensure timely resolution of technical problems. Support the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and security systems. Support IT project management by coordinating tasks, implementing change processes, and producing clear reports for stakeholders. Assist in deploying new software versions and ensuring system integration across networks. Maintain a knowledge base of recurring IT issues and solutions, and prepare documentation for operational support. Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems Engineering. Must also possess experience with: (i) Analysis/ Design development; (ii) MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Development; (iii) EIF (Equipment Interface) Program Development; (iv) MSSQL; (v) C#.NET; (vi) Oracle; (vii) Modbus Protocol; (viii) PC to PLC Interface; (ix) SECS (Semiconduct or Equipment Communication Standard) program development; and (x) managing KEP - Server Ex (OPC Server) and PCO (SAP Plant Connectivity) Server.
