Receive and Process Incoming Shipments: Unload trucks, verify the accuracy of shipments, and inspect for damages. Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick items according to order specifications, pack them securely, and prepare them for shipment. Maintain Inventory: Keep track of stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report discrepancies. Ensure Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other warehouse staff to meet daily goals and deadlines. Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries QUALIFICATIONS Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required. Physical Ability: Must be able to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 35 – 40 lbs). Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential. Team Player: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
