Field Marketing Representative - Rainier

In this role, you'll help shape how Rainier shows up across the Pacific Northwest - from neighborhood bars and retailers to festivals, events, and local cultural moments. Partner with local distributor teams to grow Rainier distribution across top on-premise and off-premise accounts Build strong relationships with key accounts, venue managers, bar owners, retail buyers, and community partners Drive distribution gains and increase brand velocity across the market Conduct regular account audits to ensure strong pricing, visibility, POS execution, and menu placement Track competitive activity and identify new opportunities in-market Lead the execution of events, sampling programs, festivals, sponsorships, and local brand activations across the Pacific Northwest Manage activation logistics from start to finish, including staffing, product pulls, POS setup, and on-site execution Capture photo and video content to support social media, recaps, and sales materials Help ensure every activation feels authentic, engaging, and true to the Rainier brand Serve as a connector between Marketing and Sales, helping align goals, programming, and market insights Share regular market feedback to support innovation, creative development, and strategic planning Collaborate with agencies, influencers, and local talent to elevate brand presence when appropriate Train staff, ambassadors, and partner teams on the Rainier story, portfolio, and best-in-class brand representation Manage budgets responsibly and track KPIs including distribution gains, event impact, impressions, and ROI Submit regular market recaps, reporting, and upcoming opportunities to Marketing and Sales leadership Maintain organized POS inventory, event calendars, and operational processes to keep programs running smoothly What You'll Bring A genuine connection to Rainier and the Pacific Northwest culture, hospitality, and bar scene Comfort working in environments where alcohol is served, along with a commitment to promoting responsible consumption 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, sales, brand ambassadorship, or beverage alcohol preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable connecting with everyone from bartenders to distributor leadership teams A creative mindset and passion for grassroots marketing and authentic brand storytelling An independent, self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments A willingness to roll up your sleeves, sell, and help make things happen Flexibility to work nights and weekends for events, with some regional travel required Think you'd be a great fit?
