Build & develop strategic relationships with customers. Product Expert on all lines. Generate new leads for all territories. Learn and relay industry information to Sales Manager. Evaluate and make recommendations on new & existing products. Research and analyze competitor product pricing and sales approach. Establish attainable sales goals with Sales Manager. Meet with Sr. Management bi-weekly for sales review. Review open / pending orders and reconcile monthly. Maintain accurate records of all leads, customer accounts, and sales trends. Visit completed project sites to take pictures, and submit those pictures and copy of sales orders every Friday. QUALIFICATIONS:History of success and a minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience. Previous experience in sales, business management, or customer service Must have strong computer skills and have ERP experience. Must have effective sales and negotiation skills. Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Must be customer focused and have exceptional customer service skills.
