Perform assembly tasks involved in the construction of windows and patio doors. Follow standard work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively. Inspect your own work to ensure quality and accuracy. Work as part of a team to meet daily production and efficiency goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Support flexibility by assisting in different assembly areas as needed. What You Will Bring. High school diploma or GED (or ability to obtain)Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or hands-on work experience preferred but not required. Ability to learn and follow work instructions. Comfort using basic hand tools and equipment (training provided)Basic math skills and ability to read measurements.
