Maintains safe and efficient center operations by monitoring work orders, equipment safety, overseeing vendors, and recommending improvements. Manages center operating activities to ensure compliance with regulatory licensure and accrediting regulations, and maintains Quality Assurance Program. Investigates and responds to complaints, takes corrective action, and involves appropriate parties as necessary. Communicates with key corporate clients to monitor customer satisfaction, attends networking events, and identifies business opportunities. Manages Accounts Receivable including updating staff on changes, monitoring claims, responding to correspondence requests, and ensuring timely submission of reports. Submits required reports, identifies needs and opportunities, makes recommendations for change, and implements problem-solving mechanisms. Achieves proficiency in registration, materials management, and human resource panels in AdventHealth computer system. Communicates effectively with patients ranging in age from adulthood through geriatrics. Supervises transportation team activities and serves as transportation dispatcher in the absence of the Transportation Supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Assists with recruiting, staffing, orienting, training, disciplining, and evaluating personnel in accordance with personnel policy and employee relations laws. Reviews employee time and attendance and monitors staffing, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism. Assists with fiscal management including development and implementation of annual budget, cost management, revenue generation, accounts payable, and daily financial practices. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required] Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements [Required] Proficiency in the performance of basic math functions [Required] Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software programs. [Required] Aptitude for strong organizational skills [Required] Ability to work with people of various backgrounds.
