Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance across our portfolio of facilities on the operation of water treatment plants, including troubleshooting, process control and optimization, and regulatory compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with facility-based operational staff, regulatory agencies, company leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with plant performance goals and regulatory requirements. Quality Assurance: Support the company's QA programs to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance with all relevant regulations. Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a STEM related field required. Course work in data science/statistical methods is a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in water treatment operations, treatment process troubleshooting and/or regulatory roles. Plant supervisory experience and/or operational licensure is a plus. Strong knowledge of SDWA requirements and industry standards for water treatment facility performance. Experience in project or initiative management, including planning, execution, budgeting or costing, and stakeholder management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
