Provide outpatient internal medicine care to diverse adult patients, focusing on preventive, chronic, and acute conditions. Collaborate with subspecialty teams, including endocrinology, pediatrics, and more. Teach and precept internal medicine residents, fostering their clinical development. Participate in clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and regulatory standards. Requirements: Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (must be truly fluent; bilingual proficiency essential). Valid medical license to practice in New York State. Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine. Recent residency graduates considered Permission to transfer H 1 B visas (no J 1 visas accepted). Comfortable working in a predominantly outpatient environment with no inpatient duties. Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to patient-centered care.
