Processes approved purchase requisitions and generates purchase orders in accordance with company Rules of Authority and procurement procedures. Ensures accurate entry of pricing, delivery dates, quantities, and vendor terms within the ERP system (SAP / Quantum or equivalent)Obtains and reviews supplier order confirmations to ensure pricing, quantities, and delivery dates match purchase order requirements. Monitors open purchase orders and proactively follows up with suppliers to confirm shipment schedules and mitigate delays. Tracks supplier delivery performance and identifies risks impacting aircraft build schedules or customer commitments. Escalates supply issues that could impact production or service operations. Generates replenishment orders based on established Min/ Max inventory parameters. Supports inventory availability by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment activity. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred 1–3 years of purchasing, supply chain, or procurement experience preferred. Experience within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries is highly desirable. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to manage multiple purchase orders and supplier communications simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and data accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Quantum Control, or similar platforms preferred.
