Inspect buildings, equipment, and building systems to identify maintenance or repair needs. - Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems. - Operate and maintain HVAC computerized control systems to support effective climate control. - Maintain interior and exterior lighting systems, including replacement and repair activities. - Complete general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, flooring, electrical work, and plumbing repairs. - Maintain the exterior condition of buildings and campus grounds. - Track and manage maintenance records, tools, equipment, and supply inventories. - Perform workplace adjustments, including physical furniture and equipment moves across the campus. - Respond to and complete service requests through the Archibus system in a timely and professional manner. - Comply with all OSHA regulations and Nestlé safety standards during all work activities. - Support local design and construction projects, including on-site assistance as required. - Maintain high housekeeping standards, ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and free from safety hazards at all times. - Be available to work weekends and/or overtime as operational needs require. - Availability of working weekends and or overtime as needed. Required Qualifications: - High school diploma required - Trade school certification or a minimum of two years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work. Preferred qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. - Experience operating scissor lifts and working comfortably at heights. - CPR certification. - HVAC certification Skills: - Strong teamwork orientation with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. - Self-motivated with effective verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities. - Physical ability to climb ladders and lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
