\n\n\n\t\n\t. Program & Process: Develop, document, and maintain high-precision CNC programs for 3, 4, and 5-axis machining centers.\n\t\n\t\n\t. CAD/ CAM Mastery: Utilize Mastercam to create efficient toolpaths, minimize cycle times, and maximize tool life.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Shop Floor Partnership: Work directly with Machinists on the floor to prove out new programs, optimize setups, and troubleshoot technical hurdles in real-time.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Fixture Design: Design and coordinate the manufacturing of specialized work-holding fixtures for complex geometries.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Continuous Improvement: Participate in Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve manufacturing throughput.\n\t\n\n\n. Technical Requirements & Qualifications\n\n\n\t\n\t. Experience: 5 years of CNC programming experience within a high-precision, regulated industry (Aerospace, Medical, or Defense).\n\t\n\t\n\t. Software: Expert-level proficiency in Mastercam. Familiarity with Solid. Works or similar CAD software is a plus.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Equipment: Proven experience programming for Mazak (Mazatrol and EIA/ ISO) or Fanuc-controlled multi-tasking centers.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Materials: Deep understanding of machining exotic alloys, including Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel (15-5/17-4).\n\t\n\t\n\t. GD&T: Mastery of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y 14.5 standards.\n\t\n\t\n\t. Compliance: Due to defense contracts, candidates must be a U.S. Person (Citizen or green card holder) in accordance with ITAR regulations.\n\t\n\n.
