Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Thur 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, operational concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior. Monitor access points, verify visitor, vendor, and/or driver activity, and report suspicious, disruptive, and/or policy-related concerns in accordance with site procedures. Support loss prevention and inventory protection efforts by observing high-traffic and restricted areas, documenting incidents, and completing required reports with accuracy and professionalism. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
