Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.29 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM - Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access procedures, and help to document arrivals, departures, deliveries, and/or service requests in accordance with site guidelines. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to property management and/or emergency contacts when appropriate. Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support front desk operations while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns within the lobby and main entry areas. Prepare clear reports of incidents, unusual activity, and/or daily front desk observations, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
