Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO?Status: Full-Time. Shift: 36 Hours Per Week. Qualifications:PCT/ NT Experience: CNA, EMT, Paramedic or Previous Patient Care Experience. PCA/ PCT Required Education: High school diploma, G. E. DPCA/ PCT Preferred Education: CNA/ CPTC. or enrolled in a healthcare career program through their high school curriculum, and/or a current co-worker of Mercy. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course required within one month of hire. Completion of PCA competencies within 3 months of hire. Minimum Physical Requirements for all UAP roles:Positions require individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Positions require prolonged standing and walking each shift. Positions require the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties. Why Mercy?
