Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Assist customers with account inquiries, settlement-related questions, and general support needs. Accurately document customer interactions and case details. Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Meet productivity, quality, and service-level expectations. Follow established workflows, scripts, and compliance procedures. Demonstrate strong listening, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills. Qualifications. Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Strong computer navigation and multitasking abilities. Ability to type and document information accurately. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail. Technical Requirements. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications. Candidates may be required to complete:Computer literacy assessments. Typing/data entry assessments. Customer service simulations. What We’re Looking For. Communicate clearly and professionally. Demonstrate empathy and patience. Thrive in structured environments. Have strong critical thinking and problem-resolution skills. Can adapt quickly to new processes and technology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
