How you’ll make an impact in this role Greet patients and visitors, answer general inquiries, and schedule patients for appointments. Answer, screen, and route telephone calls. Perform general clerical duties including filing, email correspondence, and mail distribution. Create various reports and documents. Communicate with patients, families, physicians and other health-care team members about patient care. Perform unit safety checks. Assist with meeting patient needs and escalate as appropriate. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education:High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
