Provide executive leadership over all bank operations including deposit operations, loan operations, treasury management, and back-office functions Lead and optimize Treasury Management / Cash Management services to drive fee income growth and enhance commercial client relationships Oversee digital banking strategy, including online/mobile platforms, payments, and fintech integrations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency Partner with IT leadership to ensure strong cybersecurity posture, data protection, and regulatory compliance (FFIEC, GLBA, etc.) Drive operational scalability, process improvement, and automation across the organization Collaborate with executive team on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and product development Ensure effective vendor management across core systems, digital platforms, and third-party service providers Establish and monitor KPIs related to efficiency ratio, service delivery, and operational risk Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operations, treasury, and digital banking teams Qualifications 10 years of progressive leadership experience in community banking operations Proven experience as a COO, EVP Operations, or similar senior leadership role within a bank Deep expertise in Treasury Management / Cash Management products and services Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, payments, and fintech partnerships Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory expectations Demonstrated ability to lead operational transformation and improve efficiency Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred What This Role Offers Opportunity to be a key strategic leader within a growing community bank Direct impact on digital transformation and operational modernization Strong executive team collaboration and visibility with the Board Please send your resume to Brayden Texer at brayden.texer@gogpac.com or call 616.465.2358
