Conduct investigations across Individuals with Developmental Disabilities (I/ DD), Adult Behavioral Health (ABH), and Children & Families Services (CFS) programs. Utilize the Quality & Compliance Organization Management System (QCOMS) to document case activity and support Quality & Compliance KPI requirements.
