This job leads the strategic direction and operational execution of retail sales, ensuring alignment with the organization's business strategy. It focuses on driving performance, fostering partnerships, and developing a high-caliber sales team. The job shapes and supports retail sales initiatives across national markets. Job Description. Responsibilities:Directing strategic sales planning and execution to surpass retail store performance and profitability targets. Orchestrating national sales efforts, ensuring CCC Retail Sales team alignment with corporate sales objectives. Leading the development of sales tactics to consistently achieve or exceed targets for a diverse product and service portfolio. Facilitating best practice sharing and recognition programs through sales team meetings and conference calls. Training Territory Managers on new product launches and corporate marketing strategies to enhance sales effectiveness. Forging and cultivating partnerships with national retail chains to optimize sales processes and Retail Sales Representative integration. Synchronizing efforts with local market leaders to maintain coherence with broader market goals and initiatives. Assessing team and individual performance metrics, instituting development plans, and strategically managing customer retention. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
