Requirements:Associates Degree; Bachelor`s degree preferred. Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care and multi-site experience strongly preferred. Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment. Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook. Experience with managing staffing, budget/ Pn. L, direct people management of frontline Teammates, building relationships with various stakeholders. Local travel as needed.
