Own and manage the capital budget in alignment with business strategy and operational priorities. Partner with IT to develop and maintain a capital approval and tracking system that streamlines workflows and improves transparency. Develop, manage, and forecast capital spending by coordinating with project owners and functional stakeholders. Monitor capital process performance using KPIs and dashboards; provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders. Develop and share best practices for project engineering tools; provide training on standard approaches and execution. Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of capital processes and standards. Provide project management expertise and guidance to site leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams. Deliver consistent progress updates and ensure adherence to milestones and commitments. Act as a consultant, facilitator, communicator, and coach across multifunctional teams. Manage capital and strategic projects as required. . The Successful Applicant. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required; MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a chemical or advanced manufacturing environment. Minimum of 10 years of program and/or project management experience; PMP certification preferred. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to align stakeholders with differing viewpoints. Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma tools. Demonstrated problem-solving, process improvement, and change management capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Proven ability to build trust and influence without direct authority. Self-motivated with strong organizational, prioritization, negotiation, and influencing skills. High emotional intelligence with the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
