Develop and grow revenue across an established New England territory through a combination of new business development and strategic account management. Drive sales growth with industrial end users, distributors, OEMs, and value-added resellers across multiple vertical markets. Build and execute territory and account plans aligned with broader commercial growth initiatives and market expansion goals. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular field engagement, technical consultation, and ongoing support. Identify competitive opportunities and provide market intelligence around customer trends, pricing pressures, and emerging applications. Partner cross-functionally with leadership, operations, and product teams to support customer solutions and strategic initiatives. Support product positioning, demonstrations, and customer education around engineered lifting and rigging solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by helping solve application-specific lifting and material handling challenges. Represent the organization at industry events, customer meetings, trade associations, and field demonstrations. Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account activity through CRM systems and internal reporting tools. Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to support customer relationships and business development activity. . . The Successful Applicant 3 years of industrial sales experience within lifting, rigging, wire rope, industrial distribution, heavy equipment, utilities, construction, or adjacent industrial markets. Experience selling directly to industrial customers, contractors, distributors, OEMs, or channel partners. Strong business development mentality with the ability to manage and grow an assigned territory autonomously. Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of customer organizations and develop long-term partnerships. Experience navigating technical product discussions and identifying application-based solutions for customers. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies while exceeding sales objectives. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a field-based environment. Experience utilizing CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools for forecasting and account management. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; technical or industrial background strongly valued. Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned New England territory.
