Support FAA and Military Certification. Support system verification and validation of requirements. Support cross-functional teams, working groups, program, and customer meetings and technical design reviews. Develop and deliver SEIT products such as architecture models/documents, requirements databases, specifications, reports, etc. Collaborate with customer organizations. This position is 100% onsite in Oklahoma City, OK. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience): Associate Degree. Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Ability to collaborate with team members and create plans for executing on deliverables. Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):3 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in Airworthiness and Certification (including FAA, EASA, Military)Experience in ICD development, logical architecture, requirements development, specification development, system functions and SSOW development. Experience in System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (CAMEO/ MSOSA, Rhapsody)Experience in Requirements Management and tools (i.e. IBM DOO - Rs)Experience in verification & validation of requirements. Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management. Experience project engineering and executing system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)Experience in systems integration and test including lab integration, ground test, and flight test.
