Duties will include (but are not limited to): Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies. Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Ability to Travel in support of Field Team Activities/ Work. Ability to Work Daily & Weekend Overtime as required. FAA P 145 Repair Station. To be considered for this position you will be required to complete an assessment as part of the selection process. Failure to complete the assessment will remove you from consideration. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”5 years of experience working with aircraft maintenance and/or modifications 1 years of experience prioritizing multiple electrical projects in support of key milestones and aircraft delivery schedules. Willing and able to work variable shift. Valid FAA A&P Certificate or willing to obtain within 18 months. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):A&P License or FAA Repairman Certificate in the type of maintenance to be performed 747 (-2) Aircraft Experience.
