Engages broadly with Services Towers and functional partners to frame, structure, and prioritize business problems. Mine datasets to identify information & insights which are relevant to answering key questions and highlight key indicators to drive actions. Works with multiple data sets and databases that don’t link and don’t talk to each other and find ways to link them to enable the building of data sets, presentations, and stories. Uncovers meaningful information from disparate and complex data and summarize in simple terms. Understands the logic and data sources behind reports and analysis that we have been given to find issues, inconsistencies, and solutions. Must be logically oriented and create complex formulas which account for multiple sources and variables. Works with the Senior Manager of Operational Intelligence to build visual display and stories out of data; shares stories through graphs, diagrams, and data that are self-explanatory and drive useful outcomes. Provides relevant and practical insights using data in a simple to understand format using both verbal and written communication to key partners. Understands and speaks to different levels within the organization (from data analyst to VP)Speaks in depth about the different data sets, fields, taxonomy, reporting suites, platforms, data systems, system architecture, and ER - Ps, in language that the relevant audiences will understand. Works with Senior Manager of Operational Intelligence to help manage and implement data solutions as well as support data projects. Builds recurring reports/dashboards and analysis using various platforms. Lead ongoing maintenance, updating, and building of data reports. Takes directions that are inconsistent, brief, and vague and both interpret & produce materials for reaction to and know follow-up questions to deliver accurate work. Understands data systems and architecture across Enterprise Service towers and creates data plans, approaches and strategies to enable Enterprise Services to be more efficient and take advantage of data system functionality. Key Relationships & Stakeholders:Enterprise Services Executive Leadership team. Data Science and IT - Service Tower Leadership (Indirect Supply Chain, Global Real & Facilities, Executive Flight)Build external relations with vendors and/or consultant parties. Finance partners. This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):5 years of management consulting experience 5 years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, V - Lookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets 5 years of experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations. Willing and able to travel occasionally to support customer needs. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/ Experience):10 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience. Experience with Visio, Figma, and/or Miro. Lean methodology experience. Experience working on large scale programs focused on data integration, analytics, and reporting. Interpersonal and communication skills. Experience demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset. Experience taking problems and creating solutions to deliver value for customers. Experience understanding customer needs and tailoring the message presented depending on the audience. Ability to collaborate across the globe and across multiple time zones.
