You will be responsible for the processing of all investor activities in line with relevant fund prospectus and AML regulations. You will provide an end to end service ensuring an efficient and responsive service to clients and investors whilst following internal policies and procedures. As Alternative Investment Services – Investor Services, Associate 2, you will be:Day to day processing of Investor trades in accordance with internal and the fund guidelines to ensure efficient and effective transaction processing. Review of documentation received from investors and input of new trade details into platform. Review and processing of all AML and regulatory documentation. Apply the rules of the fund guidelines – investor eligibility, authorised signatories, back account details, notice period given. Daily interaction with clients on all investment activity ensuring effective and clear communication at all times. Review of all investment activity on the system ensuring accurate and complete details have been entered onto the system. Prepare and distribute monthly investor statements and reports in accordance with investor instructions. Working with the Senior Associate on enhancement to systems and processes helping to provide enhanced solutions to Investors. Administer all processing in line with internal procedure and controls ensuring a risk adverse environment. Participate in department wide training efforts – actively attend all required training courses and provide feedback. What we value. These skills will help you succeed in this role. Must have a College diploma or university degree with concentration in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ Word. Overtime may be required. Salary Range: $41,600 - $66,560 Annual. The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
