Act as a primary operational contact for Employees, Candidates, and Talent Acquisition, leveraging mobility knowledge to provide guidance on status and next steps. - Support the execution of mobility workflows by coordinating with global stakeholders—including Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement—to meet regional and global requirements. - Assist the Performance & Incentives Team by gathering data-driven insights to help monitor and enhance program effectiveness. - Work in close partnership with cross-regional counterparts to ensure consistency in service delivery. - Support the management of mobility vendors (immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services) to ensure processes are optimized and service standards are met. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications - 5 years of experience in a mobility, coordinator, administrative, HR/ TA, or immigration support role. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). - Strong communication and written skills with excellent attention to detail. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications - High degree of confidentiality and responsibility when handling sensitive data. - Excellent logic, detail-orientation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Proven organization and coordination skills with a strong team-player mindset. - Prior experience specifically involving onboarding and offboarding processes.
