The Store Director directs and manages all phases of store operations. Duties include directing and coordinating the ordering, merchandising, pricing, freshness, housekeeping, food safety and safety programs. Develops and implements organization policies and goals, and accountability for providing direction, focus, establishing priorities and communicating expectations to all levels of company individuals. Must be at least 18 years of age;Demonstrated ability to lead and develop other leaders;Knowledge and understanding of financials and how influence financials through sales growth, shrink management, and other factors;Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
