Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports to support tax and operational insights. Serve in a hands-on role for a tax professional who enjoys building solutions, working in the details, and bringing ideas from concept to execution. Rapidly build, iterate, and enhance reporting solutions based on business needs. Partner with tax and Tax Operations teams to translate requirements into functional visualizations and other automation solutions including automated workpapers. Support low-code application and workflow development using Power Platform and others tools. Maintain, optimize, and document requirements for tax technology assets to be built based on prioritizations from tax technology group. Track requirements and continuously enhance assets based on feedback from the tax practice and leadership. Ensure data accuracy, usability, and consistency across reporting solutions. Support standards and best practices for reporting and low-code development. Requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Power BI development experience preferably at an accounting firm or a professional services firm. Strong skills in Power BI data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and data analysis. Experience building solutions in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users. Preferred Qualifications. Experience working in tax, finance, or professional services environments, more specifically Big 4 Familiarity with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint, and the M 365 stack.
