Temporary Accounts Payable/ Receivable Specialist. The accounts payable/receivable specialist will report to the executive assistant and is responsible for ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly, and secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies. Full Time work available. First Shift (Monday through Friday from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm)Pays invoices by verifying transaction information. Verifies transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments. Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments. Process incoming payments. Generate and review monthly reports. Maintain accurate records. Verifies accounts by reconciling statements and transactions. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls. Perform administrative and other tasks as needed. Temporary Accounts Payable/ Receivable Specialist Qualifications:1-3 years of general accounting experience 1-3 years of experience working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred. Familiarity with Quick. Books. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
