Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners. We are seeking an Associate AI Solutions Analyst to join our enterprise AI Operations team. This is a great opportunity for an emerging AI practitioner who is eager to apply their knowledge of AI tools and workflows in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will support day-to-day AI enablement efforts across the organization — helping colleagues get the most out of AI tools, assisting in the development of prompts and workflows, and contributing to educational and governance initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, people-oriented, and looking to grow their career at the intersection of AI and business. Key Responsibilities Tactical Delivery Respond to day-to-day requests from internal teams for AI assistance, including prompt design, workflow support, and tool guidance Assist in building and refining AI-powered workflows using enterprise platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Chat. GPT, or similar) Develop, test, and iterate on prompts and system instructions for use cases across business functions including Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and IT Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and alignment with business intent; flag issues and escalate as needed Support the integration of AI tooling into existing enterprise processes in collaboration with senior team members Education & Enablement Assist with one-on-one and small group training sessions to help employees get started with AI tools and best practices Help create and maintain internal educational materials including guides, FAQs, and use case examples Serve as a friendly first point of contact for basic AI-related questions from colleagues Help identify patterns in common requests and contribute to the development of scalable resources Governance & Security Follow and help communicate the organization's AI governance frameworks, usage policies, and ethical guidelines Assist in reviewing AI use cases for basic risk considerations including data privacy and appropriate use Support documentation of workflows and decisions to maintain accurate records Stay current on AI tools, trends, and responsible use practices; share learnings with the team Qualifications Required 3 years of experience in an analytical, technical, or business-facing role 2 year of hands-on experience working with large language models or generative AI tools in a professional or academic setting Demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts for real-world tasks, with an understanding of how to improve and iterate on results Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or automation concepts Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain AI concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in helping others learn and succeed Preferred Exposure to enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Google Cloud Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, or similar Familiarity with workflow or automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier Interest in instructional design, training, or internal consulting Basic awareness of data privacy considerations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to AI use Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Communications, or similar) Location & Work Environment Remote role, with ability to collaborate across time zones and support teams in multiple states Salary Pay Range $60,000 - $70,000 USD -
