Manage the Manufacturing Systems portion of the digital roadmap within the geographical region. Lead the implementation and management of all digital initiatives in the region to ensure successful delivery of the site/regional roadmaps. Collaborate closely with plant directors and regional quality teams to define new, more efficient processes and system capabilities for the plants. Coordinate technical training sessions to address training gaps. Mentor, train, and foster a global mindset within local plant systems teams. Enforce global systems and cybersecurity standards within the region. Identify and communicate systems related best practices within the region or from other regions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other related degree 8 years experience in Engineering, Automation, Supply Chain Operations, and/or IT Supply Chain Experience in manufacturing operations and core processes with the ability to configure and maintain manufacturing software products such as HMI Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and SAP Knowledge of Production Planning and Scheduling, Inventory Management, Planned Maintenance Concepts, Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts, Plant Floor Control System Concepts, or Operational Excellence Standards and Metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience with leading regional projects in a matrix organization Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and industrial instrumentation, SAP MII software Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Domo, SQL Reporting Services AVEVA (Wonderware) product knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ISA-88 Batching software and historian software Experience using Microsoft SQL Server Experience with SAP Transactions: Production Orders, Production Confirmations, Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues), SAP Quality Management Compensation and Benefits. Salary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD - Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
