Strategic Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end execution of the Supply Chain Digital Roadmap by leading large-scale system implementations (including SAP S/4 HANA upgrades) and ensuring all initiatives align with global standards and business objectives. Process Optimization & Innovation: Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and formal process reviews to identify system gaps, streamline customer EDI integrations, and implement scalable technical solutions that eliminate manual effort and maximize system utilization. Cross-Functional Partnership & Governance: Act as the primary liaison between the business and Global IT (GIT) to build compelling business cases for new technology, communicate critical project updates to stakeholders, and escalate risks to ensure timely delivery. Operational Excellence & Issue Resolution: Manage the stability of the supply chain technology landscape by overseeing SLA-driven support, conducting root-cause analysis on recurring system issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent business disruption. Organizational Capability Building: Foster a high-performance culture by establishing and training a network of Power Users, participating in global communities of practice, and sharing best practices to advance digital literacy across the North America Hill's Supply Chain. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field 8 years experience in Supply Chain operations or systems integration roles 2 years of hands-on experience in Project Management and Change Management, with a proven track record of navigating complex system transitions and driving user adoption Expert-level command of SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent ERP systems and integrated satellite systems (e.g., Kinaxis, TM 9, EDI), Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in modern data stacks—including Snowflake, Sigma, Domo, or Python Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following; Order-to-Invoice, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing. Preferred Qualifications A master's degree A forward-thinking approach to leveraging AI tools for supply chain optimization. Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following; Order-to-Invoice, logistics and warehousing, manufacturing. Compensation and Benefits. Salary Range $124,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD - Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/ PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
