Operates at the HSO level, and is responsible for the management of multiple practice locations with over 35 providers. Responsible for the day to day operational and clinical flow management of all Behavioral Health locations. Responsibilities. Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Interacts and collaborates regularly with providers to provide direction and oversight of effective schedules, efficient clinic work flow and client flow, establishing and maintaining a cooperative, relationship of trust with providers. Brings significant concerns to the Medical Director. Coordinates daily rounding for facilitation of client flow as well as client and provider satisfaction. Available for immediate and timely response to barriers or obstacles to daily workflows. Develops a staffing plan that meets both customer expectations and financial constraints. Creates an environment where employee engagement and feedback facilitates positive change. Respond to client complaints; analyze and determine necessity to elevate the complaint based on situation, potential risk, effective resolution, clinical care concerns, etc. Minimum Requirements.
