Pacific Dairy Solutions has immediate job openings for skilled plant maintenance mechanics, responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets. Comprehensive healthcare benefits Service recognition and employee rewards - Employee referral program Tuition reimbursement Uniforms provided Work for dairy farm families Shift Sunday-Wednesday 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food & beverage preferred) Minimum 1 year of technical experience in one or more areas: electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, PLC, HVAC, or computer-controlled equipment Experience working with a variety of equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, material handling, motor/relay control, process control, and packaging equipment Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for most of the shift; occasional climbing or balancing Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in cold, wet, and moderate to high-noise environments with possible exposure to fumes, chemicals, or allergens Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
