The Dealer Services Analyst is the internal point of contact for our dealer network and field staff. This position is responsible for providing customer service, developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing problems in the order fulfillment process to ensure the achievement of wholesale and retail sales objectives, and analyzes and compiling data from multiple sources, and providing results to upper management. Key Accountabilities. Administer Sales Orders: Process sales orders in SAP while following policies and procedures using SAP and CRRS, communicate with dealers via multiple platforms (email, phone, fax). Create credits, debits, and returns. Logistics: Address issues and logistics related inquiries from field staff and dealers by coordinating with contracted freight companies to investigate and resolve delivery errors and locate missing units. Order Maintenance: Review open orders and adjust if necessary to ensure orders are credit approved and will ship in a timely manner. Complete dealer order transfers for new dealers. Sales Registration Errors and Corrections: Work with dealers and AHFC to correct sales registrations and warranty registration errors in a timely manner. Replacement Sales Documents: Assist dealers and AHFC with necessary sales documents such as replacement MS - Os and invoices. Process Monthly Billing: Compile monthly billing information and provide it to accounting to issue billing statements. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills. Minimum Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in business or equivalent work experience. Minimum Experience:Must have knowledge of ms office with emphasis on outlook and excel. Prior experience with sap. Minimum 3 years experience with customer support or account management is preferred.
