Coordinate work with other departments so as not interrupt patient care or normal business functions. Able to be on call for emergencies. Perform or direct duties concerned with maintenance of grounds, parking lots, driveways, etc. May include gardening, landscaping, cleaning-up, snow removal, etc (except that performed under service contract).
