Oversee all aspects of the resident experience. Offer a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office. Maintain awareness of the property competitors and contribute ideas to the Property Manager to improve resident retention and satisfaction. Contact and follow up on renewals, new residents, and work orders. Answer and handle incoming issues from current residents always offering excellent service. Create a renewal program to optimize leas renewals and decrease resident turnover. Create ideas for marketing and events and assist in successful execution of these events. Plan fun activities for residents. Develop and execute strategies for optimizing online reputation and resident satisfaction surveys in accordance with goals set by Community Manager. Must be available for after hours for resident relations and other activities. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by manager Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent; or one year of related experience. Knowledge of property operations, marketing principles and practices. Knowledge of principals and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products of services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, and sales techniques. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, planning and organization, and coordinator of people and resources. Skilled with computer hardware and software including, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and industry specific software. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Qualifications Physical Requirements:May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data. Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer. May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds. Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment. Work Environment:This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week.
