Primary Responsibilities Include:Assisting Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the apartment community. Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and resolving concerns promptly. Supporting leasing and marketing efforts to attract and retain residents. Requirements:1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Consultant preferred. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent follow up and follow through skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required.
