What You Will Do: Equipment repair and installation: Diagnose, inspect, assemble, and repair irrigation systems to ensure high-quality performance in the field. Field service support: Perform in-field assessments and represent the company by delivering effective service solutions and enhancing customer satisfaction. Documentation and maintenance: Accurately complete work orders, document repairs and parts used, and maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. Safety and teamwork: Follow all safety procedures while collaborating with team members to support overall operations. What You Will Need: Mechanical aptitude: Basic mechanical skills with the ability to assemble equipment and perform maintenance functions. Customer service mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally in the field. Communication skills: Clear verbal and written communication to document work and collaborate with team members. Computer proficiency: Basic computer skills to complete work orders and manage service-related documentation. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
