Maintain, improve, and ensure access to trusted production data so that production surveillance tools, simulation models, and staff rely on accurate and consistent information. Coordinate the monthly production closeout process, collaborating with Production Engineers and Revenue Accounting to ensure consistency, readiness, and data quality. Troubleshoot data integration and data quality issues in collaboration with Production Engineering, Wells, Automation, and IT stakeholders. Provide subject-matter expertise for production allocation by translating production engineering and reporting requirements into data models and algorithms and partnering with IT to deliver production-related technology projects. Proactively track and maintain wellbore information (e.g., new wells, well service & status changes, injection fluid changes) to ensure accurate data model configuration. Establish and apply the expertise required to develop regulatory production reporting deliverables (i.e. Gas Management Agreements (GMA), Gas Disposition Reports, etc.), ensuring production volume calculations and inventory balances are accurate and aligned with regulatory and commercial requirements. Provide subject matter expertise for production restatement and historical corrections, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of data to Finance, Commercial, and other downstream stakeholders. Support allocation planning for the Greater Willow Area (GWA)Develop and maintain engineering analytics, tools, and dashboards that improve production visibility, decision-making, and continuous improvement in Production Delivery. Basic/ Required:Legally authorized to work in the United States. Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent oil & gas industry experience 1 or more years of data management experience. Preferred:Intermediate knowledge of the oil industry, production allocation and accounting principles. Experience with building and maintaining technical tools & dashboards, code generation & interpretation. Demonstrated ability to work across functions to achieve business unit objectives. Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work with a diverse, multi-disciplined workforce.
