The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical foundation in wind turbine systems, demonstrates proficiency in applying engineering principles and field service best practices, and has a proven track record of successfully executing assignments in a collaborative, high-performance environment. Candidates should also be able to effectively communicate technical findings, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational targets across the organization. Typically, this role requires 2–5 years of relevant wind industry experience or an equivalent technical degree combined with demonstrated field expertise. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead complex troubleshooting activities and provide peer-to-peer technical coaching and support Conduct domestic and international site visits to support turbine performance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Drive involvement in critical fleet issues and the development of Work Control Packages (WCPs) for SGRE wind turbines Provide proactive technical support and resolution strategies for recurring fleet top issues Monitor and track individual and team performance metrics to support achievement of fiscal year operational goals Deliver monthly technical overviews, product performance updates, and fleet reliability insights to key stakeholders What You Bring Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required 2–5 years of experience in the wind energy industry or an equivalent engineering/technical degree Strong ability to interpret and analyze electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint for technical reporting, data analysis, and collaboration Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills within a field service or engineering support environment Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
