Human Resources Business Partner - Restaurant Franchise Group - Base Salary to 120 k/year - Atlanta, GA - Our client, a growing multi-location restaurant franchise organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support field operations and leadership teams across the business. This role will partner closely with operations leadership to drive employee relations, HR process development, compliance initiatives, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building processes, supporting operational leaders, and helping shape the future of a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-location operations in a high-volume environment such as restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other distributed workforce settings. Responsibilities:Serve as a strategic HR partner to operations leadership and management teams across multiple locations Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and career development Conduct employee relations investigations related to policy violations, workplace concerns, and employee complaints while ensuring consistency, documentation, and compliance with applicable laws Provide guidance to managers regarding disciplinary actions, coaching conversations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices that support business growth and operational consistency Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies across multiple locations Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, retention, and workforce planning Analyze HR metrics, trends, and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans Assist with HR programs including open enrollment, benefits administration, performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and compensation planning Develop and deliver HR-related training for managers and employees Audit HR practices and procedures to ensure consistency and identify process improvement opportunities Partner with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives Support change management initiatives related to company growth and operational expansion Qualifications:Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent HR experience will also be considered 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, or similar HR leadership role Experience supporting multi-location operations environments Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws Experience conducting employee relations investigations and managing sensitive workplace matters Experience coaching managers on performance management, employee relations, and workplace compliance issues Experience developing or improving HR processes, procedures, and programs Proficiency with HR systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications Ability to travel to field locations as needed Compensation:Base salary in the 90 k - 120 k/year range, flexible depending on experience.
