Supervise students during program and residential activities. Support student engagement and community building. Coordinate evening check-ins and assist with nighttime monitoring. Enforce program and residence hall expectations. Communicate student concerns to professional staff. Assist with program setup and daily operations. Support academic programming and workshops. Assist with evening programming, including social and leadership activities. Build positive relationships with students while maintaining appropriate boundaries - Other duties as assigned by the Program Director. Qualifications. Upper class college students or graduate students preferred. Experience working with high school students or youth programs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to supervise students in a residential setting. Commitment to supporting first-generation students. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with TRIO programs.
